Richard Ehrlickman
IP Offerings was founded and is led by Richard Ehrlickman, a 30-year veteran at IBM. Rich spent his last 15 years at IBM as Vice President of Intellectual Property and Licensing. He was responsible for intellectual property licensing, development and manufacturing alliances, acquisitions, and divestiture of assets. IBM increased its intellectual property income by greater than 10 times in this period, exceeding $1.7 billion in intellectual property income his last year at the company.
Mr. Ehrlickman then served as CEO at Automated Resource Group, a software and service company specializing in database and subscription management solutions, and later as Executive Vice President of IP Transactions at TAEUS International Corporation.
Rich founded IPOfferings in 2009, and in 2010 it became part of the GPC group of companies, with Rich assuming the dual roles of President of IPOfferings and Vice President at General Patent Corporation in charge of business development. Rich Ehrlickman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from CCNY and a Masters in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University. He is a member of LES, IEEE and AUTM, Rich is a CLP (Certified Licensing Professional), and he is a member of the IAM Strategy 250 - The World’s Leading IP Strategists.
Paul Lerner
The General Counsel for the GPC group of companies has both corporate and law firm IP litigation experience. Prior to joining GPC, Paul Lerner was a partner at the Pepe and Hazard law firm, and he led IP law departments at Olin Corporation, Black & Decker Corporation and Asea Brown Boveri LLC (ABB).
Mr. Lerner co-authored Essentials of Intellectual Property (John Wiley & Sons, 2002) and Essentials of Licensing Intellectual Property (John Wiley & Sons, 2004). He received a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University, an M.B.A. from Loyola University, and a J.D. from DePaul University, and he did post-graduate legal studies at John Marshall College of Law. Paul Lerner is a registered patent attorney and is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Illinois and New York, and before the CAFC and USPTO.
Ed Gomez
As Chief IP Counsel for the GPC group of companies, Ed Gomez provides IP litigation expertise and experience. Ed was formerly President of Furnace Brook LLC, a patent licensing and enforcement company, and prior to that was a partner at the Pennie & Edmonds law firm where his practice included patent litigation, counseling and licensing in a wide variety of technologies.

Mr. Gomez has acted as trial counsel in patent matters before several of the Federal Courts including District Courts in California, Connecticut, New York and Virginia, as well as the International Trade Commission. Ed Gomez received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University and his J.D. from Georgetown University.
Kathlene Ingham
As Director of Licensing she has successfully negotiated over 100 patent license agreements. Before joining the GPC group of companies in 1999, Kathy Ingham held several management and consulting positions in the legal profession and the hotel industry. Ms. Ingham holds a B.A. in Humanities from Pace University, and she completed two years of graduate study in Clinical Psychology at Pace. She is a member of LES.
